SH100 Overview (51h)

Resonance, entrainment, harmonics, voice analysis, healing frequencies (1–400,000 Hz), binaural beats, emotional release techniques, nature sounds, and the science of sound. Instructors: David Gibson, Steven Halpern.

SH110 Inner Awareness (30h)

Voice healing, boundaries, body awareness, shadow work, and transformation through sound. Includes Voice Healing & Boundaries, Voice and Body Awareness, and Inner Awareness with Vickie Dodd, Lisa Rafel & Silvina Vergara.

SH120 Instruments & Music (30h)

Inner music theory, harmonic series, intervals, rhythm, tuning systems. Playing crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, tuning forks, and designing sound baths. Instructors: Gerald Savage, David Gibson, Randy Masters, Don Estes.

SH130 Voice & Mantra (45h)

Vocal technique, toning, chant, mantra, and somatic voice work. Find your authentic voice, learn Kirtan, and use voice for healing. Instructors: Sonja Drakulich, Suzanne Sterling, Lakshmi DelSesto, Lis Addison.

SH140 Sound & Consciousness (30h)

Sacred geometry, cymatics, color/light harmonics, planetary frequencies, and unity consciousness. Deepen your spiritual practice. Instructors: Randy Masters, Richard Feather Anderson.
