Delivery Information How will you ship my order?

All orders are processed immediately upon receipt, so please make sure your address, phone number, email address and requested shipping method are correct before you submit your order. Please also check your email confirmation carefully, as it is a result of the information you have entered, and we cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered information. Please see below regarding additional shipping charges as a result of incorrect addresses.

Standard US Delivery

Your goods should arrive within 7-15 working days to any address in the US. Orders will be delivered by myhermes courier service, Royal Mail, or another delivery service of our choice depending on the size and weight of your order. Tracking will be available so for your peace of mind we will email you with a tracking number so you can access their tracking service to track the progress of your parcel you are expecting to receive. We may be unable to change your order once we have received it, as orders are processed immediately upon receipt. We ship most orders for in-stock items within 24-48 hours. Orders received Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Some orders may be delayed as we thoroughly investigate the validity of credit card transactions and verify billing information, and we can’t be held responsible for order processing delays because of this. This is all done for your security. If goods do not reach you after 14 days then please contact us.

International Delivery

We use various different courier companies depending on the size, weight and destination of your order. Postage prices vary depending on the size, weight and destination of your order. Orders are aimed to be delivered within 3-10 working days but not guaranteed as some destinations produce longer transit times. We will email you with an estimated delivery date. The courier companies we use have a tracking service so for your peace of mind we will email you with a tracking number so you can access their ‘track my parcel’ service to track the progress of your parcel you are expecting to receive. However, to some destinations, especially smaller countries with no tracking infrastructure, it can be difficult for some of the courier services to get tracking information back and they cannot guarantee being able to provide tracking data.

Customs

If goods are being ordered from outside country of residence, import duties and taxes may be incurred once your goods reach their destination. Avsso is not responsible for these charges and we undertake to make no calculations or estimates in this regard. If you are buying internationally, you are advised to contact your local customs authorities for further details on costs and procedures. As the purchaser of the goods, you will also be the importer of record and as such should ensure that your purchase is in full compliance with the laws of the country into which the goods are being imported. Please be aware that goods may be inspected on arrival at port for customs purposes and Avsso cannot guarantee that the packaging of your goods will be free of signs of tampering.
